Suzanne Foels

I was raised in Buffalo, NY and after marriage my husband and I relocated to Denver, Colorado where I honed my RE skills. For 25 years I worked for a Major Real Estate Company with their Property Management Department, meeting with clients, showing rental properties and helping clients relocate to the Denver Area.

In 2005 my relocation skills came in handy when we moved from Colorado to Florida where I worked with Prudential RE until the local office relocated. At that time, I went to work with Charles Rutenberg Realty and remained with them for the last 8 years.

I love living in Central Florida and have been active and held executive positions in the Osceola Women's Council of Realtors. This experience paved the way for me to become a Director of the Osceola Board of Realtors from 2013 - 2016.

I am actively involved in the Solivita Community, a member of the Western NY Club and a Volunteer at the St. Lima Food Pantry. I love living in Solivita and play pickleball and golf when I am not out selling Central Florida properties.
