Kathy Russo has been a licensed, successful Associate Broker and Realtor since 1985. My real estate career began in Blue Bell, PA, a beautiful spot in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country. I worked for a National Real Estate Agency and in 1988 I became a Licensed Real Estate Broker and worked with my real estate broker husband, Nicholas. We lived and worked between Pennsylvania and Florida until 2010. During this time I held a realtor's license in both states, until we made our permanent move to Florida in 2006.
Since relocating to Central Florida I have continued to work in real estate. I am an Accredited Buyer Rep and a Member of the Osceola County Association of Realtors and have served on the Real Estate Professional Standards Committee. I have sold homes in Solivita and Central Florida for over 10 years. I am a Solivita Resident and am committed to assisting clients, neighbors and friends in the purchase of a resale or a new home.
