Lee Valdes was born in Colombia, South America and came to the USA in the early 1970’s as a Medical Physician. I practiced Medicine in New York, Texas and NJ. In the late 1980’s I opened a successful practice in New Jersey. At this time I was Chief of Vascular Medicine at St. Mary’s Hospital in Hoboken, Christ Hospital in Jersey City and Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, NJ. I also met and married Lorraine, our founder. I was busy all the time, but found little time to enjoy with my wife and family. We always loved Florida and decided a change of scenery was in order.

After relocating to Florida, I took some time off to learn and play golf, I planted a beautiful garden and developed a love and knowledge of the Central Florida Area. I then returned to school to continue my education, only now, my field of study was not medicine but Finance and Real Estate. It was during this time that I developed a keen interest in the Real Estate Market. I found the study of real estate as it relates to the economy and the enormous population growth Central Florida was experiencing quite appealing. I already held a real estate license but wanted to do more therefore I again went back to school and obtained my broker’s license.
